This group is designed for new moms, whether it's your first baby or your fifth. We meet weekly to discuss concerns and milestones in your child's life. This eight week series includes sharing your birth experience, sleep issues, colic, breastfeeding, relationships, postpartum depression and so much more. This is a great place to share feelings and experiences and to make new friends who are dealing with similar issues. We will tailor the eight weeks to topics that are relevant to the ages of your babies.
Some activities include: Pottery painting, Tunes 4 Tots, Infant Massage, Mom and Baby Yoga & Natural Cold and Flu remedies.10:30-11:30am. 519-939-3666
