Town of Mono's Tree Chipping Winterfest
An amazing day in Mono to celebrate winter as volunteers organized the annual Winterfest & Tree Chipping event at the community centre. Guests were treated to a variety of outdoor activities: snowshoeing, skiing, tobogganing and the very popular horse drawn sleigh rides. Indoors local vendors offered info, hot food was available and guests participated in the Snowflake raffle & enjoyed Al the Pal. Guests were also able to bring in their Christmas trees for chipping while enjoying free apple cider! No wonder this event is so popular - thanks to all volunteers for organizing an amazing day!
